The delivery and quality of the goods and services user purchase is always the responsibility of the Merchants and the service providers user buy from. All refund and return must deal directly with the Merchant.
The Merchant must agree to refund, and they are able to process on their end. If the Merchant agrees to process a refund, your account should be updated immediately.
However, if both parties are not able to reach to a mutual solution. We will then try our best to resolve the matter.
PAYLATER is not able to demand adjust, amend, or change a purchase once it is approved. Everything must be handled with the Merchant.
