PAYLATER provides automatic payments and repayments.
You have agreed to automatic payments and recurring payments via the cards you have linked to PAYLATER Malaysia App when making purchase.
On the due date, we will take your instalment from the payment method you have provided. We will always send you reminders before an instalment is due to make sure you have sufficient funds in your account for the instalment.
Should the payment failed to deduct on the due date, we will make another attempt to deduct the payment within the next few days. If you believe this was an error or if there's any specific issue with the payment method, kindly review your payment details or reach out to our customer support team to assist you further.
Alternatively, you can always make payments manually on time or early by clicking the "Pay Now" button on your order history in-app.
